Prices quoted include VAT and apply until the next collection.  For all orders, a fee will be charged as mentioned under Shipping and Delivery. The prices apply to purchases in Denmark. When ordering and delivery outside Denmark, please contact me.

At A saree´s Story ApS, we reserve the right to make errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. At the same time, reservations are made for sold-out items.


Reservations for errors

We make reservations for stock errors, printing errors and price errors. In case of error, we reserve the right to cancel the order after we have informed the buyer about this.



Some of our styles can be pre-ordered before they go into production. By pre-ordering, you are sure to get a design before anyone else, when the availabillity of colors and prints is the largest. At the same time, you help us not to overproduce, which we acknowledge with a discount on the item.

The payment will be withdrawn from your account as soon as the design is ordered and it is put into production. As always, you have a 14-day right of cancellation, valid from the day you received your order.

Read more about pre-orders here. A pre-order is usually delivered within 8-12 weeks. However, we can never promise an exact delivery time. We will send you an email with information about the delivery date as soon as the sewing rooms announce it. You can cancel your pre-order at any time during production.





Computes can be set differently and can vary greatly in size. Therefore, color reproductions can vary widely, depending on the screen. We can’t guarantee that the colors you see on your screen reflect the exact color of the item. We have tried to describe the item in the best possible way. You are always welcome to contact us for further information.




A saree´s Story assumes no responsibility for taxes, duties, and customs.

Nor for the use of the products sold other than as ordinary clothing.





A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing.

You can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect handling of the product / service.

You must complain in "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect / error.

A saree´s Story IVS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Shipments will not be received per cash on delivery.





If there is a refund, please enclose bank information in the form of reg. no. and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred.

The information can be provided without risk per mail or other electronic form as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
