Doyenne kimono is A sarees Story’s signature style. We have made this piece reversible to make it even more sustainable!
Doyenne reversible has the same wonderful fit and attributes as the original. The flowy wide ¾ sleeves, the feminine high/ low cut at the bottom and the practical inner pockets at the sides.
You can wear it open over jeans, a jumpsuit or a dress, or closed, as a wrap dress with heels or even as a cover-up over your swimwear when sitting by the pool.
No matter how you choose to style it, the Doyenne will always be a topic of conversation.
Each kimono is made from 2 upcycled sarees in contrast color and prints, collected in the villages of India.
As the sarees are recycled, there may be minor beauty flaws as in small stains or holes, a loving sign of its journey and story… These therefore have no basis for complaint.
